Request deletion of your data
Applies to every mobile game published by Musetta Studios, including the game whose store listing brought you here.
This page explains how to ask us to delete data associated with your use of our games, what we can delete, and what we cannot.
How to request deletion
- Email musettagamestudios@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
- Tell us which game you are writing about, or say “all games” if you would like the request applied across everything we publish.
- Include your Google Advertising ID. On your device this is under Settings → Google → Ads. We need it because our games have no accounts, so this identifier is the only way to locate any data connected to you.
- We will acknowledge your request and confirm completion within 30 days.
You do not need an account to make a request, and we will not ask you to create one.
What our games collect
Our games have no user accounts and no servers of our own. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location, and our games do not transmit your progress anywhere.
The only data collected is advertising identifiers and related ad-serving data, gathered by the advertising partners embedded in our games so that ads can be shown and measured. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Retention
We hold no personal data ourselves, so there is nothing for us to retain. Advertising identifiers are retained by our advertising partners under their own retention schedules, and are removed when a deletion request is actioned. Purchase records held by Google Play are retained for as long as legally required for financial record-keeping.
Stopping collection without deleting
If you would rather limit collection than request deletion, you can:
- open Settings → Privacy Options inside any of our games and withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time;
- reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads;
- uninstall the game, which removes all locally stored progress immediately.
